CentroCDX is a B2B multinational provider of customer contact solutions and business process management. It provides call center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific regions.
The industries the company has are telemarketing, telesales, customer service, technical support, retail & eCommerce, automotive, FMCG, healthcare, technology, gaming, and travel & tourism.
My main responsibilities as a content creator were to write blogs and social media captions for CentroCDX – BPO company. I used to conduct competitive research and craft the buyer’s persona accordingly, build their buying behavior expectations, tailor social media strategy, and manage the social media editorial calendar, mainly on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Social media content had to be aligned with the blogs being posted regularly on the website as well, so I did that too.
Tools: WordPress with Squirrly SEO, SpyFu, Moz, Google Analytics, HootSuite, and Microsoft/Outlook Suite.
