Flash Fiction: Sacrilegious Deathwish

“If you’re the Angel of Death, I was the Angel of Life.” The voice replied with no remark on the previous note “Who’s your God? What’s your religion? And which prophet are you following?”

“Only one God. Love and tolerance. All three.”

“Eissa, why have you been trying to die earlier?”

“I didn’t want to die.” he gulped. “I just thought that when I cut my wrist, I will rise to live with Jesus in heavens.”
