I know I have been gone for a long while now, but I’m sort of going through a transitional period. I have started my healthy eating lifestyle as I posted on the 5th of August and I suppose you all know how hard it is at first while you’re extracting the sugar from your blood and all.
I always had a healthy breakfast, but when it came to lunch, I wasn’t always as strong as I thought I would be. I ate scrambled eggs with brown toast and Tuna with sweet corn and these tasty red beans!
And I tried to keep it healthy when I went out for shopping or wherever:
Ok … Ok ……… that wasn’t the only thing I bought from Baskin Robbins, but let’s pretend it is. This is a passion fruit with mango and chia drink, and the reddish thing up there is not an ice cream! Actually, this is a frozen yoghurt cup. Light one with low calories blueberries.
I’m trying to be as healthy as possible in a world full of chocolates and pasta! God helps!
