I have been eating healthy for three days preparing myself for going down for a run to start my workout routine. It is very hard because chocolates are everywhere at home! and I am not the one to blame if I am too weak in front of Baskin Robbins, right? Ugh! anyway, I started. I got into my jogging clothes at 9 PM and got down for a run. It is really hot here, so this should help with exercising. I realised that there is a Starbucks branch just 5 blocks away from where I live. And guess what’s right next to it? KCal! so no sudden fast food anymore. My leg hurt while running, but that’s expected. I weigh more than I should, and that’s why it is a must to be healthy.
Health is the key. Sleep well, eat healthily, drink a lot of water, and workout. No matter what do not give up on your workout, even if it is raining, storming, or the sun is sitting right down on the asphalt. Just do it.
I kept switching between walking and jogging for 30 minutes till I got home. I will be updating my workout progress with you guys, hopefully, day by day. If I missed any, I will just write a brief about the previous day and write about the current one. Where are all the gym-junkies out there? I need some motivation to go on, you know?
